Healing Sessions Reiki Shares Classes
Sandra offers a healing experience that engages all senses. The energy work and stones offer balance and connection to spirit. Aromas relax the physical body to allow for a peaceful tour through a visually guided meditation. The energy moves through you offering the experience of Peace & Relaxation
For those wondering what Reiki is; we offer phone consultations to answer simple questions to put your mind at ease. This form of “healing energy” is a “touch-free” experience focused on relaxation and finding balance within
the body, mind & Spirit.

What is Reiki?
A Person who has been trained as a Reiki practitioner becomes a tool in which energy flows through their energy centers and the energy is "spiritually guided" to restore heal, balance and or re-align within another person, place or object.
This is not a religious affiliation in any way. This is not massage in any way. Reiki can be given while the receiver is seated in a chair or laying on a table. Anyone who is open to the possibility, will experience relaxation and clarity.
Please remember that this is not to replace any medical care nor is it to be a choice above mental care currently in progress. This is merely an act of self exploration and self healing; not a medical diagnosis.
Reiki Training
With Sandra
Students learn the history, symbolism and methods of the Traditional Usui system of Japanese healing as taught through a long lineage of Reiki Masters connecting each student and Master. Sandra provides teachings from many Spiritual traditions that have provided her with "Life Tools" along her Spiritual Journey. In addition to Reiki Healing methods, she shares her knowledge of: healing with color, stones, affirmations, meditation, manifestation, grounding techniques, Spiritual protection, totem animals, spirit guides, chanting, drumming, smudging, space clearing, chakra cleansing, creating balance and inner peace within the daily tasks that each of us face.
To learn more about what Reiki is and what you might gain by receiving Reiki, you might consider attending a Healers' Circle. This is an event that offers oppotunity for "new" practitioners to use their gifts and those "new" to Reiki may choose to receive healing energy. This is intended to provide an open forum and healing sessions while in a group setting for educational purposes. There is a community sense within this group which offers a feeling of trust and support as we explore our own gifts. A Healers' Circle (Reiki share) is held at Liverpool Art Center for the students and friends of LAC. Please call to attend our next gathering.
There is a natural healer living with the hearts and body of every individual. All students are required to have some experience with receiving Reiki and some knowledge of the benefits; either with Sandra or another Reiki Master. If you are interesting in becoming a student, please feel free to call for further details and any questions.
Each student receives a workbook, dream journal, Guide books and several Reiki sessions with Sandra
Students that are training for level III should expect a journey of many months before the attunement is received. A commitment to "self care" is essential. And a willing ness to explore your Intuitive Awareness.

Level III $350
Level III requires preparation and several months to achieve through Healers' Circles, Reiki sessions with Sandra and more. If you are interested in learning how you can become a practitioner or Master/Teacher, please call and speak with Sandra directly.
Master/Teacher Level: $100/month
Minimum: 12 month commitment
Sorry, no “distant” training. This is a “hands-on” center; focused on experiencing the healing arts... All students are asked to attend a meeting prior to class to fully understand the commitments of both the student and the teacher.
Sandra only offers Reiki Classes to 1-3 persons at a time. The Master level is a one-on-one experience.
Attunements for each level require a certain amount of commitment to One's Spiritual, mental and physical well being & a clear and open channel of communication between student and teacher.
