Morning Agenda:

10am-11am Guided creative arts and healing experiences that are designed to awaken your creative spirit and ground your energy. The prompts inspire empowering thoughts and offer tips for letting go of what we can not control. As we head into the holiday hustle there is opportunity to clear the mind, feel more grounded and allow the heart to guide the way. (includes painting, journaling and mixed media creations guided by your facilitator.

11am Take a break and realign

11:30am-12pm Rhythm Wellness with Sandra Sabene: The inspirational vibes of the drum offers ancient wisdom, meditative energy and offers deeper connection within and around us. Feel the power of the drum through guided music making experiences that are clinically proven beneficial for healing and connection.

12-2pm Sound Journey and Reflections: We embody the experiences co-created by the group with a relaxing sound scape using gongs, crystal bowls, chimes, flute and drum. The vibrations offer soft energy as the day’s experiences resonate and release anything that no longer serves our well being. The experience is followed by a share time as the group offers aome self reflections. This final piece of our morning inspires connection and a reminder that we are all on a journey that religns us within our own personal journey as our pathways continue to cross with others who inspire and lift us up.
