Rooted in Rhythm: Monthly Women’s Drum & Wellness Circle

Sale Price: $0.00 Original Price: $0.00

Why We Gather In a fast-paced world where women carry so much invisible weight, gathering in circle is an act of reclaiming balance and belonging. When we sit in a circle, there is no hierarchy—every voice and heartbeat carries equal weight. Drumming together connects us to an ancient, shared rhythm that transcends daily noise, releases built-up stress, and anchors us back into our bodies. By taking space to breathe, sing, and play together, we create a sanctuary where we can put down our caretaking roles, recharge our spirits, and remember the quiet strength that rises when women support women.

What to Expect

  • Guided Rhythm & Wellness: Simple, accessible rhythms using frame drums, hand drums, and percussion to calm the nervous system and lift energy.

  • Monthly Focus: Each session centers on a fresh theme aligned with natural moon cycles and mindful reflections for navigating everyday life.

  • Creative Self-Care: Gentle breathwork, grounding practices, and easy, uplifting circle songs that require no vocal training.

  • Community Altar: Bring a meaningful picture or small sacred item (a stone, keepsake, or token from nature) to place in our shared centerpiece each gathering.

  • Zero Pressure: Absolutely no musical background or rhythm experience is needed. All instruments and materials are provided.

Who This Is For This circle is open to all women and female-identifying participants ages 15 and up. Whether you are a seasoned musician or have never touched a drum in your life, you are welcome here. Our space is non-religious, inclusive, welcoming, and centered on mutual respect and non-judgment.
