FAQs
What will we be doing all day?
The morning begins with two teaching sessions where we'll demonstrate each new art medium. Throughout the morning, there will be two short breaks. Following the morning activities, we'll have lunch, either inside or at Johnson Park. In the afternoon, we'll dedicate our time to the weekly community project, and students will also have the opportunity to finish any projects from the day.
Is there food provided? What about allergies?
Campers should bring their own lunch, snacks, and a water bottle for the day. While we have some extra healthy snack options available, please ensure packed food is low in sugar, preservatives, and processed ingredients to support a focused learning environment.
Important Allergy Information: If your child has any food allergies, please contact our office directly. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment, especially regarding nuts, unless we are informed in advance.
Can they keep their projects?
Absolutely! Campers will take all their projects home. While some may come home daily, all artwork will be returned by the end of the week. We may also ask to hold onto a few exceptional pieces for our summer art exhibit on August 18th (6:00-7:30 PM) at the Liverpool Art Center.
Can campers come early or stay late?
Need extended hours? Optional care is available from 8-9 AM and 3-4 PM for an extra $100 per week. Contact our office directly to arrange and pay for this service.
