  • No skill required (creative, artistic, therapeutic or otherwise)

  • Anyone can take the intro course with no experience

  • Evidence based activities

What’s involved in each training level?

  • Start with an intro class (2hrs) and add more levels

  • The 6hr Intro training will determine your interest & ability

  • It’s a live course….not pre-recorded!

  • Your training is your self-care!

Trainings include printed and virtual resources for creating your own self-care practice using art mediums. What does this mean?…

Creative Self-Care is just like it sounds: Create your own self-care practice.

  • Our facilitators learn how to use what we learn to prevent burnout and foster a state of wellbeing.

  • Schedule regular check-ins and receive support for implementing these activities into your community and classes.

  • Ongoing virtual support, program updates, additions and resources can be included in a package to keep facilitators fresh.

  • One-on-one sessions are available for mentorship.
